by Abbie Call — Piute’s co-ed cheer team took the championship this year, for the second year in a row. Panguitch took 3rd in All Girls, and Wayne took 5th.

by Abbie Call — Happy MLK/Inauguration Day, Byway readers! This week the cheerleaders compete at state, the weather is cold, & there are 2 public meetings.

The Byway — Your one stop for all 2024-2025 winter season sports along the Byway, including rodeo, basketball, and wrestling schedules for the 5 high schools.

The Byway — Piute’s cheerleaders took first place at state in the co-ed competition, an accomplishment that truly showed the work it took to get there.

by Ari Hurdsman — Piute’s new cheer team is “fired up” for their 2nd year of competition. While being a cheerleader is hard work, it is also very rewarding.
