The Wayne County Midterm Election included several write-ins who received 0% of the vote. Unlike Piute’s elections, Wayne’s had a couple of contested positions: one for County Commissioner and one for School Board District 4.
The results of the Wayne County midterm election are as follows:

| Local School Board District 4 James W. Lamb: 197 Cory L. Anderson: 106 |
| Local School Board District 5 Curtis Whipple: 67 Sandy Wells: 0 |
Each contested seat was won after quite a close race!
Kerry Cook won County Commission Seat B at a narrow margin with 60.78% of the vote.
James Lamb likewise gained a lead over his opponent for School Board District 4 with 65.02% of the vote.
